By using GENDA you agree to these terms.

The service

GENDA connects passengers with independent moto riders. Riders are not employees of GENDA. Trip payment is cash paid directly to the rider.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information.
• Riders get 14 days free, then a monthly subscription after admin confirms payment proof.
• Riders may go online only after admin document approval and an active trial or subscription.
• GENDA may suspend accounts for fraud, safety issues, or expired subscription.

Safety

Follow traffic laws. Use SOS in the app for emergencies. GENDA is not liable for accidents, delays, or disputes between passengers and riders beyond facilitating contact and trip records.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the platform, upload false documents or payment proofs, or harass other users.
